where his career took off.Randy sold 15 million in 1989 and grew his production to over 40 million in annual sales. Randy decided to move to Florida in 2002 and joined RE/MAX Partners as a consultant and Recruiter.Randy moved to Marco Island in 2004 and joined the Sandlin Team at RE/MAX as Team manager.In 2005 Randy went back into sales and joined Keller Williams where he remained until 2011 where he decided with his Partner Darren Boole to launch In Florida Properties Inc.Randy and Darren are excited and bring over 50 Years of experience with them. -

Having acquired the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1995, Darren gained the knowledge and tools to analyze and evaluate all facets of real estate investment. This experience gives Darren the chance to view every real estate opportunity from a unique prospective.
With over 27 years in the Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers area, Darren has served as Chairman of the Commercial Investment Committee at the Naples Area Board of Realtors, Chairman of the Advocacy Council at Bonita Springs Utilities and multiple volunteer roles in several charitable organizations.
Darren has seen many changes, he’s witnessed firsthand both the growth benefits and sometimes the negatives that have occurred. Combine this with his desire to continue to learn and understand the ever evolving real estate laws, hurricane codes, insurance liability changes, and other variables and you’ve got an agent who appreciates the importance of being full service.
